This educational session aims to empower participants with evidence-based strategies to enhance their clinical practice and patient education. Participants will learn to apply tools and practices to conduct effective oral food challenges (OFC), utilize interactive resources like the Anaphylaxis Learning Guide to improve patient recognition and management of anaphylactic events in prehospital/EMS settings, and engage in developing and sharing educational materials for both nurses and patients that align with their professional roles.
